experienced staff and managers dedicated to quality and customer service. For every study, we assign a dedicated trio – the Clinical Project Manager (lead), Technical Services Manager, and Client Services Manager. Our Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) in our Operations department can connect with clinical and site staff on a personal level, because they harbor a wealth of experience in clinical trial research!
Our CPMs are the cornerstone of every study. They manage day-to-day communication with our clients, sites, and partners, provide routine updates on project activities, coordinate site training and qualification, manage reviewer and internal staff schedules, assist sites with resolving imaging discrepancies, establish timelines for deliverables and reports, and much more! As the scientific leads from our Technical Services department, our imaging scientists are dedicated to understanding your product and customizing the imaging design of the trial to meet your needs. A dedicated Technical Services Manager (TSM) is assigned to each project, overseeing development of all imaging protocols and providing support for any scientific questions throughout the study. Our TSMs are skilled at refining complex study data into clear and concise imaging findings to support any data interpretation requests your team may have.
Our Client Services Managers (CSMs) are all scientists by training who understand the business, operational, scientific, and imaging aspects of the trials, making them the perfect person to 1) ensure that you are satisfied with MMI’s performance during a study, and 2) help you strategize for your next trial. Prior to contracting, your dedicated CSM will be your go-to-imaging resource and help define the imaging scope and design of your trial. During the study, your CSM will follow-up periodically to make sure the study is running smoothly. If there are any scope changes, escalations, or strategic scientific discussions during a study, the CSM will also be involved to support the team. The CSM serves as your spokesperson at MMI and ensures that the larger MMI team understands the goals and needs of your company and your study.
